SELECTIVE
PLATING FOR LARGE JOBS

speed systems. The system to right is a
kit ideal for user that will be using system 30+
hours a week, all year around. We have
auto-feed systems with less supplies for less
frequent users
SELECTIVE PLATING or BRUSH PLATING:
This method does not require any tanks and can be stored in
a cabinet or small closet between use. It is a great
solution for repair work for plating of cadmium, zinc, gold,
silver, chrome, nickel, and more.
All brush plating
process evolved from their tank plating counterpart.
But instead of taking a part to a plating tank, the plating
solution is taken to the part. Brush plating works
very well and it is easy to learn but brush plating is
only practical in 4 different applications. 1- If
you need to plate an small area of a larger part that cannot
be dismantled or would be impractical to dismantle the
larger entity, then selective plating or brush plating is
the best method by far. 2- If
you are doing car emblems or trim pieces while they are on
the car. 3- If you are plating only accents on a part and
not the entire part, such as gold plating accents on
silverware and silver tea sets. 4- If you are doing parts
smaller than one square feet in total surface area.
Large parts can be done with brush or selective plating but
it is somewhat time consuming when compared to tank plating
the same parts. The aforementioned situations
are some of the few scenarios where you would want to brush
plate a part.

2.8 AMP OR 10 AMP BRUSH PLATING KIT
2.8 amp systems are ideal for very small jobs while the 10
amp kit is ideal for small to medium sized job. These kits electroplate
much much slower than the 30 amp kit so if time is a factor, choose the 30 amp
or 50 amp systems 2.8A systems starts at $599.00. 10A
systems start at $819.00. These systems can be tailored to anodize and
electroplate chrome, nickel, cadmium, tin, gold, silver, etc.

PLATING 30 AMP KIT
Heavy Duty Brush
Plating Kit - This system has the precision to electroplate
the smallest part and it has enough power to electroplate
many large parts
and large plating areas. The kit comes with 30A heavy
duty rectifier, three different wands, three different
negative leads, gloves, Teflon-poly cloth anode covers,
other accessories, and a full manual. 30 amp kits starts at
$1199.00 for a basic starter kit.
Brush
plating rectifiers are available in 30A, 43A, 80A, 120A, and
200A
High Power Brush Plating & Selective Plating
Kits with 50 AMP and 100 AMP high
power rectifier for manual feed systems with super large
application wands for electroplating super large areas are
available for special order. These systems are
precision enough to plate super small areas also. Call for

AUTO FEED Brush Plating & Selective Plating Kits:
Auto
feed systems come with a 65 amp or 100 amp power rectifier
with auto delivery electroplating wands, precision flow
pump, heated plating solution reservoir, 5 different
negative leads, and 5 different plating wands. Rebuilt
system start at $4990 and new systems start at $8496.
These can plate the smallest jobs to plating parts as large
as a battleship drive shaft.
30A to 100A systems
can be used to electroplate car wheels, large machine parts,
and large worn areas. All larger units can be dialed
down to plate the smallest jobs.
We have a kit specially designed for
brush plating entire aluminum rims and wheels as well as
repair work on already chromed wheels.
 
BRUSH PLATING SOLUTIONS
GOLD:
Comes in
DP or chloride based gold. Can be
custom made from 0.25 oz per liter to 4 oz of gold per
liter.

SILVER:

cyanide or chloride based (cyanide base can only be sold to a registered business)
