Pictured here is a small line to do zinc
plating and cad plating with post dip coloring for both
metals. Line includes air agitation as well as
mechanical cathode rod agitation as seen below. The
black boxes houses a motor to mechanically agitate the
center bar and the blower for air agitation is seen in the
back ground.
All equipment in this small line is
operated on 120V and 240V single phase. The line is
place on top of a secondary containment area below the
fiberglass grates for spill containment.
Here is the front view of the mechanical
cathode arm agitation system. Below is a wide angle
view of this line. Notice how the panel box is located
by the line for safety. All wire conduit are made from
PVC for longevity of conduit and electrical wiring.
